This two bedroom, two bath condo is located a mere 50 yards from the Snowmass ski slopes and is conveniently located near the free shuttle. This condo includes two queen sleeper sofas, a gas fireplace, and mountain views. Guests may enjoy an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds and a 42 inch flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has 2 Double beds and a 36 inch flat screen TV. The Terracehouse condos offer additional comfort with heated walkways and a community hot tub, and renters have access to the Stonebridge heated pool in the winter and summer season only. This unit is located on the top floor, and it is located closest to the pool and outdoor community barbecue.
SKI SEASON: Parking passes are required for all Aspenwood, Terracehouse, and Willows condos and guests will need to go to the Parking Office to obtain permit. Snowmass Vacations will not be held responsible for any parking citations issued to guests.

Fun visit to Snowmass
Great location, loved the hot tub and condo was very clean. Condo is small but it worked because we were outside most of the time.

Customer service was exceptional. They were available at any hour for questions and we received immediate responses. The condo was very clean and had very nice amenities. The beds and the bedding were very comfortable, even the sleeper sofa! The hot tub was very nice also.

Complaint
Property is great. My only complaint is that although it is listed as sleeping 12, we were only comfortable sleeping 8. The mattress on the sofa bed was all springs. Not possible to sleep on. We ended up getting a room at a hotel next door.

Great location
The condo was in a great location, close to the Snowmass Mall on top on the hill and the Collective area at the bottom. Plenty of places to eat and lots of activities for the kids and adults. The condo bedrooms were a bit small for the two beds in each bedroom. But we managed and had a nice stay. I would choose a bigger place for my family of four next trip.

The place was nicely furnished and very clean. The space was comfortable to hangout in as well.
We enjoyed the ability to walk to the different areas in Snowmass, or we could take the transit gondola from the upper village to the lower village. The restaurants and bars in the upper village were a short 5-10min walk and there were plenty of options.
We had a great stay and would recommend the rental to others.

Great condo, location, easy parking
We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us, it was clean, easy check in, no issues with parking. Plenty of towels and all amenities.

Great location and very nice place
Condo was clean and as advertised.
Communication was appropriate and accurate.
I rated it 5 stars as I believe the following items will be addressed ✅
There were three items that could and should be addressed
1) one of the fold out couch mattress was very poor and spring/bumps could be felt everywhere- unusable, just slept on couch
2) exhaust fan above stove (microwave ) is vented to the cupboard… so when you use the air just blows into cabinet above microwave- should be ducted to exterior or through filters and returned to room
3) screens in front two windows are incorrect replacement size and do not properly latch , when window is open this is a fall hazard as unit is on third floor, it is loose enough that a small bird found it’s way inside (of course we opened the door and released it )

Very convenient and nice place
This condo was amazing. We were a few steps from the ski run right under Village Express which made going out to ski super convenient. The condo itself was well stocked with comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking that can be expected. The hot tub was very close to this unit and was big and never crowded. The internet was good and the TVs were big and nice. The kitchen was stocked with a day or two's worth of coffee and had salt and pepper. There is a market a short drive away if you want groceries, or the Snowmass mall is a 5-10 min walk away with lots of restaurant options as well as the mall gondola entrance.

Great Location & Great Unit
The unit exceeded all of our expectations. There were three of us staying there for a ski vacation. It is approximately one hundred yards from the ski run that takes you to the main village. The unit had recently been updated with many upgrades. The kitchen was very well stocked and everything was as pictured. This is a great unit, and we will be back again.

Great Stay!
This is the second year we stayed here and it's even better than last time. The place has been recently remodeled and feels very fresh and up to date! Location is amazing and the Hot Tub is still our favorite part. New keyless locks make it even easier to access. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo, updated bathrooms!
Well appointed and newly updated condo (online pics don’t show beautiful bathrooms!). Two queen beds in both rooms was great. 60 steps from the slopes and 20 steps from the Jacuzzi. Short five minute walk to the restaurants at the Snowmass mall. Will definitely stay here again if it is available on our next ski vacation.
