Q. WHO WILL OVERSEE MY HOME?
A. Kim McNerney is our Director of Property Management and oversees our team of maintenance and housekeeping staff.

Q. CAN I SEE MY BOOKINGS ONLINE?
A. Yes you can. Our owners portal is in real-time; all bookings show at the time they are confirmed.

Q. HOW LONG HAVE WE BEEN IN BUSINESS?
A. Our company started right here in the heart of Snowmass Village in 1979 and we have staff members who have been with us for over 15 years.
Q. WHEN ARE CHECKS DISTRIBUTED?
A. Always by the 15th of each month following closeout of that months’ books.

Q. WHAT IS MY CLEANING CHARGE WHEN I COME AND STAY?
A. We provide our owners a discounted rate that is below the industry average for housekeeping services based on the properties size. This includes providing soaps, shampoos, toiletries, etc.

Q. CAN I USE MY OWN CLEANERS?
A. Unfortunately not, tasks and levels of service need to be defined by our in-house team. We use our own linens and laundry services to ensure all properties cleanliness is up to our high standards and so nothing gets misplaced or stolen.

Q. WHAT IS THE MGMT. COMMISSION AND FEE? WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
A. The management commission and fee varies depending on property size. This commission and fee includes accounting, monthly statement preparation, 24-7 availability to service the property while covering all administrative and marketing expenses.
