Yes, at Snowmass Vacations we manage our inventory directly and control the rates and promotions. By booking directly with us we can guarantee you the best rate and customer service available for your next Snowmass vacation. ### What’s The Difference Between Your Site & VRBO? VRBO is simply an advertising site. We’re the contracted property management company responsible for the marketing, maintenance and housekeeping of our properties. We advertise on VRBO and other sites to get our vacation homes and condo rentals the most exposure possible. As the property management company we set the rates and promotions for our inventory and can offer our guests the lowest price possible when booking direct. ### What Is Check-In / Check-Out Time? Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM. ### Are Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Available? Yes, we are happy to provide our direct guests with early check-in and late check-out when available. Sorry, we do not allow pets at any of our properties. ### Why Choose A Vacation Rental Home Or Condo Versus A Hotel? There are many reasons to stay in a vacation home or condominium versus staying in a hotel. For example it can be way more cost effective staying in one accommodation with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms opposed to renting multiple hotel units. Also you will gain access to a kitchen and dining space giving you the option to cook some meals in the accommodation. Private homes and condos also give guests much more privacy and space than a hotel and can also offer great amenities like private hot tub, fireplace, game rooms and more. ### What Is Your Nightly Minimum? Nightly minimums usually depend on season and specific unit requirements. ### Do Infants Count Toward The Maximum Occupancy? No, children under the age of 2 do not count toward the maximum occupancy. ### When Is Peak Season? During the winter peak season times are during Christmas, New Years, X-Games and Presidents Weekend. If you are interested in visiting Snowmass during these times we highly recommend booking as far in advance as possible for the largest selection and best rate. ### Do You Offer Airport Transportation? Sorry, we do not offer airport transportation. Transportation can be arranged through several of our preferred vendors. ### How Do I Get Around Town? Both Aspen and Snowmass offer free local transportation. ### Is Housekeeping Provided? On stays of 7 nights or more you will receive one midweek cleaning. No, all our homes and condos are non-smoking ### Do Your Rental Properties Have High-Speed Internet? Yes, all our accommodations have complementary wireless internet access. ### I Want To Ship A Package To Arrive Before Or During My Stay. Do You Allow This? Yes, there is a $25 charge per package and we are happy to accept the packages and deliver them to the condo. As a guest of Snowmass Vacations you will receive arrival instructions within 24-hours prior to your arrival date. These instructions will be emailed to the email address provided at time of reservation. ### Is Parking Available With Our Rental? Parking passes are required for all Aspenwood, Terracehouse, and Willows condos and you will need to go to the Parking office to obtain permit. Snowmass Vacations will not be held responsible for any parking fines. ### Do You Have Rollaway Beds Or Pack N’ Play Available? We offer pack n'play only for 15$ per night.
